All design work is undertaken personally by Mike Hughes following detailed discussion with the customer and designs are individually tailored to meet specific customer requirements. The design will evolve through meetings with clients and will incorporate their wants and needs with our skills and creative expertise. The start of the process of choosing new fitted furniture commences with either a visit by the prospective customer to our showrooms or a home visit. This initial meeting is to discuss the customer’s requirements in some depth and it usually takes about 2½ hours to discuss the merits of various approaches and formulate ideas. |

Our role at this stage is primarily to listen to the customer – the customer defines the requirements, we provide advice and guidance where appropriate as part of our philosophy of providing a truly bespoke and individual design service.
