I had a chance to pop and visit a family member last week, they had got into the habit of coming down and staying with me at regular intervals but this time I made it to them.  They are in process of adding a very impressive new extension on to their edwardian double fronted detached villa just outside a very important midlands city.  When they moved in 13 years ago, it was a bit of a stretch with the mortgage and getting enough furniure to fill each room seemed like a never likely outcome.  These days though through prudent choices, both parents working and adorable, well trained children, their dream is coming true.

The new rooms are spacious, very economy and environmentally friendly.  On my ‘royal tour’, I was able to ask questions and discovered the different coloured plaster boards had different fire safety ratings and so muc thought had directed the nearl finished project.
