I have a dream. . . . familiar words but not in the context I mean them. I do have a very attractive house, a good sized and very comfortably family detached on the best estate in this area. they don’t build homes like this sort now because of shortage of space and needing to cram as many properties onto each square metre of land. I’m sure there would be greaer satisfaction amongst families if they just had more room per head inside and out. If you’ve visite the glossy shiny sales showroom of any new housing developments, you’ll realise a professional organisation has worked out all the interior design features to show each room off to the absolute max. I realised some time ago that they never show tvs or hifis in the sitting area, and in the kitchen, they show only small coffee machines and a limited number of really useable bits and pieces. Minimalist indeed.
