The houses in this immediate locality are large, comfortable 4 and 5 bedroomed detached family homes.  All  have at least a single garage but many have the larger 3 car design.  Needless to say, very few cars ever get inside the garages.  The overspill of possessions of all the family members usually wins the day and as we all know, find a space and within a millisecond, someone finds something to put in it!

This is the same all over the house.  The bathrooms were provided with functional shower units and wash basins.  Nothing fancy.  The better idea would have been to install bigger showers, and mount the basin on kitchen style cabinets, in the narrower size.  If only women did most of the designing of houses!  But these things are easily provided for if a professional interior design studio is consulted to help make your tight space into breathing space Central!
