Excitement When Designers First Schematic Becomes Available

There are many facets to interior design and they will almost all involve some form of taking a wall out or putting a bifold or sliding glass wall in.  Watching the most recent renovations programmes where folk buy an old wreck of ahouse at auction, we see them pulling out the revolting parts and replace and rebuild the place at great expensse, but much cheaper than having it built from new.  The work that can be done in an existing properties is fantastic.  Changing a house’s theme that may have been in place since the end of the last war   An interior designer can look at a room, weighing up the existing windows, doors, and fireplace/chimney and see a vision in front of them.  They will work alongside the owner of the house and gradually build up a layer upon layer of things needed and not needed during the project.  The finished schematic will always send an excited shiver through the owners – delight for most of the family and a shudder of fear from the owner with the check book!
